Ad of the Month – Counter Call to Action

This month’s award goes to a campaign by Little Caesars, a US pizza chain, built around their point of difference which is that they have all their menu cooked ready for pickup so there is no waiting. So they don’t want you to call them. It starts with a radio ad.


In their radio ads they give you a phone number they don’t want you to call and a website they don’t want you to visit. What they want you to do is drive in and pick up your ready-to-go pizza which is waiting for you so you don’t have to wait.

There are lots of quirky ads around, but this one links multiple media, each of which reinforce the call to action while emphasising their difference.
