This effectively is the Science behind marketing.
The Profit Drivers are a means of setting goals and monitoring progress.
By having such a system in place you can determine which areas of the business need to be improved.
Its a way of measuring performance.
Critical aspects of the business can be determined through the Profit Drivers, such as 'Is the business generating enough leads?'
It can be a way of identyfying where the problem areas are.
It's also a good way of setting targets, such as Leads for the month and Prospect Appointments and Sales forecasts
Without such a simple system, Owners are simply guessing.
